The AGROCAST for December, 2020 focuses on the Game Boy action puzzle title Mole Mania.
The Game Boy is no stranger to puzzle games, running the gamut from piece fitting puzzles like Daedalian Opus to obstacle pushing puzzles like Kwirk, to the absolute staples like Tetris. There is a huge variety in terms of concept and quality, the portable console being an incredible conveyance for this genre.
Mole Mania is a game with a unique and personalized spin on the block pushing action puzzle game. But does it stand out in a sea of other options? Beloved by many enthusiasts of the platform and the genre that have played it, this game has its notoriety – but even still is one of the lesser talked about games that Shigeru Miyamoto has had some involvement in.
